With a vast experience of property development in St Kitts and Nevis, we take responsibility for managing the entire search, design and build project for you, from start to finish.

If you already own land in St Kitts and Nevis, we will manage construction on your land. If you do not yet own land, we will source and arrange to purchase land for you at the best possible price, in your preferred area.

We will provide you with sample home designs which you can alter according to your needs. Alternatively you may wish provide your own plans.

During construction we provide you with the following:

• Monthly construction progress reports
• Monthly financial reports
• Monthly digital photos.

We always keep you abreast of all matters pertaining to the construction process and ensure that your individual choices - colours, patterns, materials, etc – are implemented. Upon completion of the house, we provide you with a comprehensive financial report with all invoices and receipts attached.

Through our well established local and US contacts we are able to source excellent quality furniture and appliances at unbeatable prices for you. Should you wish to import your own furniture and appliances, we can facilitate the customs clearance process, delivery to your property and installation of any appliances to your requirements. We can also assist with obtaining the duty free concession available to qualified returning nationals in respect to personal effects.

• We do not sell you anything. We act completely on your behalf, looking after your affairs just as you would do so, were you here in person
• Because we are not selling you a property, all discounts we receive on materials go directly to you, reducing your construction costs. Because of the volume of business we do with our local suppliers, we are afforded substantial discounts on materials. With full transparency, we provide you with all invoices and receipts. Our income comes ONLY from the fee we charge for being your personal representative.
• We usually purchase finish items such as plumbing and lighting fixtures, tiles, fans, etc in the USA. These tend to be superior quality products at great prices, again directly benefiting you in cost savings.
• By purchasing finish materials in the USA we choose from a wide range of styles. This helps give each house its own individual appearance and character.
• With our monthly reports, clients are always in a position to assess the stage of construction in relation to the amount of money spent so far.
• Our service provides for constant contact and regular photographic updates. This means that clients can get as involved as they individually wish to, at every phase of the project.
